In an effort to promote the benfits of energy efficiency, the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) assists the government in recognizing individuals, groups, and government agencies for their outstanding contributions to saving energy at Federal facilities. Contributions are in the areas of energy efficiency, water conservation, and the use of advanced and renewable energy technologies.
